I read in Haynes manual that normal idle speed should be 750 when the car is in neutral, but mine is close to 1000. In neutral (park) it idles usually almost near 1000, sometimes at 1000. If you turn that screw in to increase the idle speed, youll let more air into the motor than the computer. If you back that screw out in an attempt to lower the idle, the only thing that will happen is throttle plates will eventually dig into the bores of the TBs and eventually start to stick. When the car is fully warmed up and in gear it idles around 750 rpm or a little above. That air is fed behind the throttle plates. Your idle is a bit fast more in line with a TC than an EVO. The lower the rpm you can get it to idle the better it will sound. I’d shoot for around 800rpm and see if you like it and adjust from there. On the other hand as mentioned above the muffler butterfly is opening after 3600 -4000rmps, the RB manual calls for 2600 rpms, CCVV is clean and disabling the muffler butterfly does not alter the idle speed (hose plugged during the test of course). You can set the idle pretty much anywhere you want.
